Tourists are drawn here for it’s diverse landscape as well as activities. Most interesting are the Alpine climate and landscape. Switzerland is famous for many cities and tourist places such as:- Zurich, Bern, Lucerne, Geneva, Basel, Lausanne, as well as Resorts i.e. St. Moritz, Davos, Arosa etc.

The country also boasts about having beautiful natural places such as :- Eiger, Jungfrau mountains, Aletsch Glacier and deep valleys with waterfalls. The Rhone Valley has well known mountain ranges i.e. monte Rosa and Matterhorn and ski resorts like Zermatt. Lake Lucerne has some mountain railways on the surrounding mountains, notably the Rigi and Pilatus railway. Lake Geneva is the largest lake of the country.
