On the first two days of the Srinagar Pahalgam Tour, enjoy a Shikara ride at Dal Lake & sightseeing in Srinagar, and then head towards Pahalgam to enjoy pony rides and explore the rocky valleys of Chandanwadi.

A thrilling experience awaits you on the fourth day of the Kashmir Gulmarg Tour with the 8 minutes Gondola Cable Car Ride to Khilanmarg, and wonderful photography of the surrounding spectacular mountain ranges. This is the package that you need for a family tour or honeymoon vacation, as it promises to leave you thrilled, enchanted and fascinated by the splendid beauty of Kashmir Valley.

Day 1: Arrive Srinagar – Shikara Ride

Welcome to Srinagar, The Lake City. On arrival at the Srinagar airport, you will be welcomed & received by Tour My India representative/driver, who will then escort you to a jetty around Dal Lake.

The houseboat at Dal lake is going to be your romantic abode for the first night of your enchanting Kashmir tour. After check-in in the houseboat, you can relax for a while.

Later in the evening, proceed for a shikara ride in the Dal lake.

Overnight stay at Srinagar at the Houseboat.

Day 2: Srinagar City Sightseeing

After breakfast, check out from the houseboat and transfer to the hotel. After check in, proceed towards sightseeing of Srinagar.

Visit the world-famous Mughal Gardens – Nishat Bagh (The garden of pleasure), Shalimar Bagh (Abode of love), and Chashme Shahi Garden, and also pay visit to the Shankaracharya Temple. Evening free for shopping.

vDay 3: Srinagar – Excursion to Pahalgam (100 Km / Approx. 3½ Hour Drive - One Way)

After breakfast at the hotel, leave for a day excursion to Pahalgam (2,133 mts), also known as ‘The valley of Shepherds’ or ‘Trekker’s Paradise’. Pahalgam is the most famous place for Indian Film Industry.

Enroute visit Saffron fields, Awantipur ruins (1100 yrs old temple of Lord Vishnu built by King Awantiverma), see the beautiful countryside, lots of rice fields. Arrive at Pahalgam and transfer to the hotel.

After lunch, visit the scenic and rocky valleys of Chandanwadi, Snow Point (around 14 km from Pahalgam) and also enjoy an exciting pony ride.

Note – All these activities will be conducted at your own expenses.

In the evening, return to Srinagar for an overnight stay at the hotel.

Note : In Pahalgam outside vehicles are not allowed for sightseeing. Only local taxis can roam around within Pahalgam city. All outside vehicles

Day 4: Srinagar – Excursion to Gulmarg (60 km / Approx 2-3 Hours Drive- One Way)

After breakfast at the hotel, leave for a day excursion to Gulmarg. The drive past colorful villages and rice fields gives you an insight of the rich cultural past of Kashmir. Gulmarg is one of the most beautiful hill stations in the world and also called Meadows of Flowers.

It has the world’s highest golf course (world’s highest), and Gulmarg is also famous for winter sports like skiing etc. But the most popular thing to include in the tour package in Kashmir is the Gondola Cable Car Ride to Khilanmarg. The 08 minutes of ropeway will take you past colorful shepherd hutments to the lower ridge of the Apharwat peak. From here, you can click lots of photos of the nearby mountain ranges that stand tall like sentinels guarding the rich natural beauty of Kashmir valley. We descend back to Gulmarg base after an hour.

In the evening, return to Srinagar for an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 05: Srinagar Airport Drop

Begin the last day of your tour package for Kashmir with a delish breakfast in your hotel at Srinagar. Post breakfast, you will be transferred to the Srinagar Airport. Board your flight for the respective hub with memorable experiences of Tour My India.

Important Information : Due to strict security, you are requested to leave from the hotel at least 4 hours before the departure time. You will have to pass 4 security barriers before reaching the airport. This often leads to long traffic jams right outside the airport.
